We use a digital twin of our machine to fully verify and prove-out our CNC programs before we start machining parts. With short lead times, this is increasingly important to ensure parts are correct, first time.
This allows us to use the machine's digital probe to validate parts as we machine them, allowing us to monitor the production process in real time.
We use a Co-Ordinate Measurement Machine (CMM) along with a suite of other inspection and metrology equipment to quickly and repeatedly verify conformity with our customers’ specifications.
We can design and 3D print jigs and fixtures to help with parts assembly that we have either CNC machined or designed.
If you require packaging for transport or shipping we can design and get produced packaging in cardboard and foam
